The Getting Started With the ORGN |
This document give a
general overview of the ORGN and many helpful tips on
getting setup to use the ORGN. |
|
Cell Modem to Network Setup |
This document will show
settings that need to be made to the Leica GPS 1200 units
when using CDMA or GSM cell modems for getting correctors
from The ORGN Network. |
|
Network Procedures |
This document addresses
transformations with the ORGN network and explains which
Real-time product to use and general information about the
Nearest and MAX correctors and how to select correctors from
the NTRIP source table. It also shows how to get information
from the rover about the reference station being used. |
|
Setting Up Internet Connections for Cell Modems |
This document explains how
to configure a GPS 1200 Base and/or Rover when using a GSM
cell modem or a CDMA cell modem to connect to the Internet. |

ORGN Single-Base Corrector, Trimble Survey Controller v12.22 |
How to configure Trimble
Survey Controller Software, v. 12.22, to connect to the
Oregon Real-time GPS Network and receive a "single-base"
real-time corrector. The user chooses a base station by
station name. Note: This is a single-base real-time
corrector, so the same distance dependent errors apply as
when using a single base RTK corrector from a temporary base
station. The user must take the responsibility to ensure
they don't travel so far from a single base that they exceed
their error budget on a project. See manufacturer's
guidelines and specifications for your rover. Document

ORGN Nearest-Single-Base Corrector, Trimble Survey
Controller v12.22 |
How to configure Trimble
Survey Controller Software, v. 12.22, to connect to the
Oregon Real-time GPS Network and receive a "nearest"
single-base real-time corrector. The nearest base station to
the rover is automatically chosen by the ORGN Leica Spider
software . Note: The same distance dependent errors apply
as when using a single base RTK corrector from a temporary
base station. The user must take the responsibility to
ensure they don't travel so far from a single base that they
exceed their error budget on a project. See manufacturer's
guidelines and specifications for your rover. Document

ORGN Network Multi-Base Corrector, Trimble Survey Controller
v12.22 |
How to configure Trimble
Survey Controller Software, v. 12.22, to connect to the
Oregon Real-time GPS Network and receive a true "network"
real-time corrector that uses several base stations of the
ORGN. Note: this is a true "network", or multi-base
corrector; therefore, as opposed to a single-base corrector,
the distant dependent errors with this multi-base corrector
are negligible. Document courtesy of Jarrett Price,
